The successful Senior Technical Program Manager will work with customer, business owners and product managers across the organization to define strategy, requirements and timelines as well as lead cross functional development teams through design, delivery, management and support. This position involves regular communication with senior management on roadmaps, progress, risks and change control. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential. The ideal candidate is a creative leader with superior analytical abilities across business and technology. - Product development experience (Amazon Web Services)
- Experience building processes, project management, and release schedules
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in Intelligence Community related program and/or technical product management in a software applications environment
- Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred) in computer science, IT service management, engineering or a related technical discipline
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels across multiple business units
- Fundamental engineering skills across the development lifecycle

This position requires the applicant selected to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility and access. A US Government administered polygraph examination will be required. A current TS/SCI security clearance is required to start. The applicant selected will be subject to a Single-Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified national security information. Applicants with a current SSBI, SBPR, or PPR, may be eligible for crossover in accordance with ICPG 704.4.

- Computer Science fundamentals in data structures, algorithm design and problem solving.

- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
