Job Description

IT Systems Engineer for Infrastructure who will be responsible for specific IT system. This position is responsible for the testing, installation, configuration, administration, operation and development of the systems from a technological, infrastructure and business point of view. It is also responsible for costs and investments for the IT systems they are in charge of. This position will facilitate high quality IT services that support and enhance the business wherever systems are used.


Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Incident Management (2nd and 3rd level) including on-call duties outside regular business hours • Problem Management • IT Architecture • Capacity Management • Change Management o Installation and configuration of the required software infrastructure • Test Management • Process Consulting Required Skills and Experience • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IT related field • 2+ years hands-on Tier 3 IT Support experience and 1+ in the relevant field • Advanced Troubleshooting skills in a multi-user high pressure environment • Network - o CCNA o Strong experience in Firewall technology o Strong experience in WLAN technology o Strong experience in Voice technology o Strong experience in WAN and Multi Site technology • Server, Storage, Virtualization and Backup & Recovery - o Strong experience in Windows Domain Administration o Strong knowledge in Virtualization • Ability to work independently or as part of a team • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint • Excellent knowledge of Requirement Management • Excellent test management knowledge
